A Tail Wagging Costume Parade

This cool Blues Dog is here at the annual Tompkins Square Costume Parade in New York City, ready to groove with a few of my canine friends. Going to get the lowdown on what they are thinking on a variety of issues. Stick with me and get a handle on what being a dog is really all about!
